complaint against a fraud,domestic violence.

Hello All,

I needed urgent help from anyone who knows abt how to file a complaint against a person who is right now in Canada and is under TFWP. This guy is my sister's husband and is currently in BC. my sis, he and my niece(aged 4) went to Canada on a TRV in 2016. subsequently, they filed an application for TFWP with the guy being the main applicant. This guy took my sis and niece on the promise that he will mend his philandering ways which he had in India and will start working in Canad. He went to prostitutes, while married, beat up his wife, his in-laws and was a lazy drunkard with inherited wealth to show off. He was also unemployed. after some months in Canada, he again went back on his promise and did horrible, unspeakable things to my sis and niece, such that the baby developed ADHD. somehow, my sis and niece escaped in 2017 and came back to India. We filed cases of domestic violence, harassment in India. A Lookout notice has been issued, with arrest warranted also issued. Can you please help me out in guiding as to how we can reach Canadian RCMP and CIC and report him.? all his documents are fraud and fake.

What documents are fraud and fake? She can report it but will not be told if it will be investigated or the outcome of any investigation. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/protect-fraud/report-fraud.html

As for the abuse, she can report that as well but unless there are police records, doctor/hospital records etc., it isn't likely that the police will be able to do anything.
