Company sponsored my trip and TRV denied..need help

My boss instructed me to apply for visa as a business partner who would work as a subcontractor for their operation.they already provided a letter of invitation, accommodation and booked tickets already.however i was denied due to the following

1. TRAVEL HISTORY
2. PURPOSE OF VISIT
3. PERSONAL ASSETS AND FINANCIAL STATUS
4. HAVING A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS PURPOSE IN CANADA

i need advice on how to rectify the issue and what documents do i need to attach in my end and the company's end:

i have submitted already the following in first application:
1.letter of invitation from company stating i am being sent there for training.
2.flight ticket paid by the company and accommodation.
3.Itinerary stating my schedule and budget allocation from the company.

1. Are you a business partner in the company? Or are you employed and earning a salary?

2. What is the purpose of your visit? For training? Or to work as a subcontractor in Canada?

3. Since how long have you been employed/a partner with your boss' company in your home country?

4. Are you working/business partner for a subsidiary of the Canadian company in your home country?

5. What documents did you submit?

6. Who would be paying for your visit? The Canadian company or the company in your home country?

1.i am currently employed by the company offshore and i am invited for training so i can upgrade as a business sub contractor.

2.training only

3. 1 year as an employee

4. Directly employed offshore by the canadian company.

5.letter submitted was letter of invitation and accomadation, itenerary, booked ticket, pasport. I have no travel history

6. Company in Canada. No other company involve. Im just a private person helping his company or employed offshore Canada
