Hi, so I have a few queries and am not getting the right guidance. Please help if you can. I just received my ITA last week.

1. The first company I worked at, the HR is someone different now but is willing to give the reference letter, so the current HR signing won’t be a problem right?

2. The current company I am working at, when I joined it was called XYZ Digital (part of ABC Advertising). Then last year, the company name changed to XYZ Digital Solutions LLP. And now again last month, they asked all the employees to hand over their resignation as a part of the process and were shifted to the parent company which is ABC Advertising. Now the thing is, I have all the letters and everything and when I spoke to a licensed IRCC consultant, he said just mention the current workplace and I did. But, I feel that it will create a lot of doubts. What should I do?

3. Also, my current boss will be signing the reference letter, so that won’t be a problem right?

1.) No issues as long as the HR will be able to verify your employment, if IRCC contacts them.

2.) Explain this situation in Letter of Explanation and you should be good. You can provide supporting documents as well.

3.) Not a problem, but make sure that your boss is authorized to use the company letterhead.
