Company incorporation details mandatory for valid work experience in express entry?

I've been working for an event management production company for the past years and it has only MSME registration. So is it valid for PR ? Or my two years would be of no use?

Why do you need MSME registration? You need signed employment letters on company letter head stating your duties to match the NOC, salary and time worked there.

But the company has no incorporation registrations other than the MSME. That's what I am concerned about.
