3. THE EMPLOYEE shall work at least 40hours per week. He/she shall receive 50% more than the regular wages for
any hours worked over 44hours per week. His/her work hours will vary by day and night. 4. THEEMPLOYEEshallbeentitledto30minutesofper8hours’dayofbreaktime(lunch, coffeebreaketc.)
5. THEEMPLOYEEshall be entitled to 1-2 days off per week on various days to be determined. 6. THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 1 months of paid vacation per year. 7. THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 10 unpaid days of sick leave per year. AGES AND DEDUCTIONS

THE EMPLOYER agrees to pay alltaxesand submitall deductionspayable as prescribedby law (including,but not

THE EMPLOYER shall not recoup from the EMPLOYEE through payroll deductions any other means, any costs
incurredinrecruitingorretaining theEMPLOYEE.Theseinclude butarenotlimitedtoanyamountspayableto
third-party representatives/recruiter.
REVIEWING WAGES
11.
Ifapplicable theEMPLOYERagrees toreview and adjust(ifnecessary) theEMPLOYEE’S
Wagesafter12monthsofEmployment,toensurethattheymeettheprevailingwagefortheoccupationinthe
region where the EMPLOYEE shall be employed.

Since the EMPLOYEE is currently in outside Canada, the EMPLOYER agrees to pay the cost of
Flight, Accommodation,feeding.
13.
Ifthereisa terminationoftheemployer-employeerelationshipand EMPLOYEE ishired by aNEW EMPLOYER who
has a neutral or positive Labor Market opinion under the pilot Project for Occupations Requiring Lower Levels of
formal Training (NOC C & D) of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, the EMPLOYEE shall release the ORIGINAL
EMPLOYER with the obligation of his/her return transportation costs to his/her country of permanent residence.
The NEW EMPLOYER is responsible for the EMPLOYEE’S transportation costs to the new location of work in Canada
and back tothe EMPLOYEE’S country of permanent residence. The EMPLOYER is obliged to and responsible for
payingthetransportationcosts(i.e.THEORIGINALEMPLOYERpaysincomingtransportationcoststothecountry
oftransportationcostsrecoverablefromforeignworkers.

It’s a scam.

No employer is going to pay for accommodation, flights and food. Also no employer can guarantee anyone will be authorised to work in Canada by a specific date.

A salary of 14200 a month for such a job is ridiculous

Note also the website domain only setup in 10/2019 another indicator probably a scam
