Company doesn't want to give me the Job verificaiton per to CIC's format!!

So my company doesn't want to give the job verification letter to me per to CIC's definition. So what can I do? Can I write the job reference letter by myself? If so, are there any templates that I can take as reference? Any advice?? Please help

normally companies issue reference letters showing your job title and your period of your stay with them only. that's fine as long as it's written in company letterhead with seal or stamp and signature of authorized officer. you can add your contract/agreement with them that you signed on when they hired you and some latest pay stubs.
