Hey everyone,

Are there Canadian provinces that do not require Sponsorship Agreement Holders (sponsors/co-sponsors) to allocate CAD 9,000-12,000 for sponsoring a refugee? If the amount must be allocated, can the refugee pay the money out of their pocket by agreeing with someone who would act as the co-sponsor of the Sponsorship Agreement Holders?

The refugee process is meant to protect those in fear of persecution and not benefit those who have the resources to pay.
