Communication medium after medical?

After medical is done is it possible that Buffalo visa office will communicate through email and phones? Or they communicate through postal mail only?

The way they communicated before the medical, they will communicate through the same medium.

If we are waiting for Medical Request, what way they usually communicate with us, email or post mail?

They will communicate via email when you ask them something through email. They won't change mediums during the process like AOR came through mail then document request came through email then medical request came through mail etc. The main medium would be mail and should stay the same.
