Communication Address got changed

I Have applied for immigration under skilled category. At the time of filing the application my residential address was different. I have given my that/old house for reconstruction because of which recently I have moved to a new rented place.
Place where I have moved is a temporary address and It will take approx 1 year for me to move to my permanent address which is under construction

Q1) Is there anything I need to do with my application once it get processed?
Q2) Is there address verification that happens?
Q3) Does PCC involve address verification?

You must update Your visa office about change of address. Once you receive file number & your file is transferred to visa office, update them through CSE. Later , after few weeks, you should note the new address mentioned in your e-cas status.
Police verification is done at country level, not city. If you have provided PCC from your country, you dont need to re-send PCC because of change of address, unless visa offic asked you to provide updated PCC.
