I have collected the following as possible proof our cohabitation, would they be enough?
  • Co-signed lease agreement.
    • I also have interac transfers showing full rent payments to our landlord as well as my partner's reimbursement to me for half-rent. I can also get a notarized letter from him with a bunch of details e.g. he handed us the keys the day we moved in (entered common law), his email we have been transferring our rent to.
    • Our utilities are included with the rent except for internet which I solely pay.
  • Electronic bank statements showing the same address; we can go back at least 1 year for this.
  • Individual electronic bills showing same address
    • Partner's Phone bill, driver's licence, T4
    • My phone bill, Internet bill that I solely pay
  • Flight ticket receipts for vacation using partner's card (she paid for the both of us)
  • An employee copy of my work benefits listing my Partner as beneficiary to basic life insurance and health benefits
    • I can supplement Partner's claims summary as she is the one primarily using the benefits
  • I will be getting a notarized IMM5409 as well
Currently we don't have jointly paid expenses or accounts. Is it enough?
