Question, it might sound silly but im not sure what to do, I am sponsoring my husband (spousal sponsorship), there is a question asking if I was ever in a common law relationship, I do have a child from a previous relationship, I was very young. It was on and off and we never declared common law to CRA. Do I answer yes and explain the situation or no?
