Common Law Timeline ?

Hello Guys,

I am a PGWP with 396 points in Canada living with my GF. She is a Canadian citizen.

After the first draw, I am looking into applying through Common Law ( nothing sure ). My question is what is timeline like for these. I heard it can take up to 18 Months of processing. Really ?
