Common Law Sponsorship Visa

Hi!

My girlfriend and I are in the process of applying for the visa ourselves. We were wondering if mail is the only application option for this visa? Or can we complete and submit it online?

We were also wondering how to open the documents? All but one will open its contents on all of our laptops/phones, etc.

It's much easier to do by computer.
