Hi everyone, I'm about to finish gathering all the supporting materials for my common law sponsorship inland application (I'm the applicant, from Italy).
The only thing I am a bit confused of is the supporting letter format.
Me and my sponsor have four letter in total, two from our respective family members and two from our friends.
I understand that the content of the letter should be as spontaneous as possible, indicating:
- date, address, email address of the person writing the letter;
- when the person met us and if we're "a couple" in the public and what is the general impression (such as "you can see there is a chemistry between them and the relationship is built to last")
- indicating a clear date of when we moved in together/ they visited us in our shared apartment.
- an send a signed personal ID scan of the person writing the letter.
Am I missing anything important? and most of all:
1. does the letter need to be totally handwritten or is the hand signature enough?
2. do they need to be original (so emailed to me)?
3. Do they have to be in the sworn statement form?
4. what needs to be notarized?
I heard so many different experiences.. :/
Thank you!
