Hi All!

We are debating whether to apply for a PR as common law or as skilled worker (German with 73points).
Which would be more likely to be approved?
Is it possible to apply for the other if one as been rejected?

We would very much appreciate all your inputs and suggestions.

Common Law requires you have spent one consecutive year with eachother and it is the same as a spousal app,you need to prove it is a true relationship, apply, its about 6 months for a straight forward app.depending on medicals police certificates, and of course your proof.
Work permit takes a bit longer so you need to decide whats better for you.
