Common law sponsor Open work permit 7 months and still waiting

I reached out to my local MP for help on my application.They got that my application is in fact assessed and all stages have passed.On my portal it shows at final decision december 7th 2023,Application in progress and it doesnt show that the rest of the stages were passed.Its agonizing waiting for this work permit here in canada.Its been 7 bloody months.I mean my partners schooling is only a year again.Like what is point.Why if all the stages were approved they cant just send the approval document for me.IRCC is HORRIBLE.
