Hi everybody,
I just ended my common-law relationship with my ex girlfriend whom I added to my original PR application(PNP). We were common-law partner when I started the application, then she left Canada to work since August(And I notified this to CIC by e-mail, so they knew we were already not living together), and recently we separated. My status for the PR is still IN PROCESSING (me and her finished the medical exams months ago). And now I need to remove her from my application. My questions are:
1, When should I notify the CIC about this separation(ASAP?).
2, What do I need to prepare to prove that we separated (we already don't live together and she's not in Canada)?
3, Will this affect my own PR application?
4, Will this affect my future marriage if I want to apply PR for my future wife after I got the PR?

Please HELP. I sincerely APPRECIATE anybody's helps. Thanks!

1. Let CIC know asap. She MUST be removed from the application.
2. Not sure that you have to prove it.
3. Not if you didn't rely on her to qualify points-wise.
4. Not if you remove the ex-girlfriend from your current application.
