Hello all! I wish all of you are having a wonderful day. I wanted to ask you guys that are far more experienced than me about my situation over here. May it be a bit long but I will try my best to keep it as short as possible.
I have been in a relationship with my girlfriend for over 5 years now. We lived together in my home country for a few months before moving to Canada in our work visas (but we hadn't had both of our names on the lease, only her's.) But when we move to Canada we rent a place at first for us and a few of our friends (we all were in the lease) with 3 bedrooms, 1 of those rooms was for us. After a few months, we moved to another location of the same landlord only my girlfriend and 1 of our friends (2 bedrooms, one for her and one for us). After beeing 1.5 years in Canada we went back to our home country.
Once we come here (a bit more than 1 year ago) we decided to not rent a room to save money to be able to affront the PR application and considering that our country has a considerate economic problem ATM (she was not able to secure a stable job and I have been pretty lucky to get one but it is not enough to rent and live together), it was a good plan to us but it is taking way longer than we anticipated for (since we arrived we been switching places between my mom's and one of her family members, but we were together for the most part, except the time that she needs to travel to visit and help his family in his home town)

Taking this into consideration we have this as proof of our relationship:
> Joint lease for the 1.5 years that we lived together in Canada with our friends in it too.
>We have a letter from the landlord that states that she knew that we were in a common-law relationship like.
>We have a joint bank account
>We declared our common-law relationship to IRS when we declared our taxes the last time
>We have mobile phone bills for over a year with the same address
>we have our Canadian bank account with the same address too
>we do not use social media for the most part because we both dislike photos {but we have photos together if we need to provide those)
>we have a declaration from a commissioner of oath from Canada when we were there (it have over 1 year so I don't know if it is still valid)
That's pretty much everything that I could think of, so I was wondering if this will be enough or the fact that we didn't have a lease together for the last year (a bit more) will be an issue for us. (I guess I can get letters from our families and friends to state that we have been in a relationship for over 5 years, but I don't know if this would help at all)

Thank you in advance and please excuse my English if it is some mistakes, it is not my first language.
