Do I have to go through sponsorship application if my common-law partner is mentioned on my Provincial Nomination and already works and lives in Canada with me. Thank you.

Depends on whether you list them as accompanying or non-accompaying.

I list her as accompanying. But she is here with me having her work permit and full time job. Information I found says I have to be Canadian citizen or permanent resident to do that. But in my application guide smth about sponsorship is mentioned. Please give me clarification. Thank you
