Common-law Partner Sponsorship query

Hello,

I am a PR in Canada from August 2020 and I am planning to sponsor my girlfriend for PR. Please let me know what you guys think about our application and chances of approval.

We are together for around 7 years, from 2014. We graduated from same college in India and worked in India. I came to Canada to study in January 2019 and she came in January 2020 and we have been living together since then and it has been around 1.5 years of living together. We initially lived in a shared apartment for about 1 year before moving into a private apartment. We have all the lease agreements and tons of photos together from 2014 until now. We are not able to marry due to covid and some family problems, but will be getting married soon but we have to apply for the PR before her WP expires later this year.

Please let me know how strong is our application and based on past trends, how are the chances of approval?

If you have been together for around 7 years, was her time in Canada from January 2020 onwards the only time you've lived together? Essentially the question is "Were you common-law before coming to Canada?"

We have lived together before coming to Canada, but I dont have any proof for it.

But since you have to write down your address history, etc., will that show that you were common-law before you came to Canada?

If it does and if you did not state that you were common-law already on any of your previous applications, especially when you became PR, you may have large issues.
