Hi,

I am applying for the common-law partnership.

1- I have to mention "the day we (my sponsor and I) entered into a conjugal relationship".

Is it the date we started to date or the date we moved together into the same house?

2- As marital status, do I have to mention legally separated (from my spouse or ex-wife) or in a common-law with my current partner now?

Thank you
