Common Law Partner - Include all Family documents????

Hi all,


Just curious as to anyone in a similar situation. My common law partner is a canadain citizen and there for not accompanying me on my application so why is it asking for his immediate family documents? Is this something I actually need to upload? or just put a letter of explanation?

He's from a big family so if I can avoid this I would prefer to not hassle his family for their passports!

Your Canadian partner isn't included in the app. You should have a look at some other threads to see what other people in your situation.
