Hi, i am a filipina legally married in the Philippines to a filipino. We were blessed with two children, my husband lives in canada now, i recently discovered that she has a new wife there, upon confronting him he told me that the other girl is his common law wife, what legal actions can i take agains them, can they both be deported back here in the Philippines? please help me with this situation as i am not familiar with the Canadian laws. thank you very much in advance.

There's nothing you can do and no legal action you can take. He can legally live with someone else here. No - you can't have them deported.
