Hello. I got question. I found a few information about sposorship a common-law. At official Canada website there is information that If I have LMIA for job skill B my spuse can get open work permit. Here I found that I need to be citizen or PR to sponsorship. So If I have LMIA for job skill B can my common-law partner get open work visa?
