I am trying to fill out the IMM 5710 ( apply for Open work permit together with Common Law Inland Application) , and I have the following questions.
1. I am currently on Post Graduation Work Permit ( Open work permit), and I will probably continue to work for the same employer after the submission of those applications. I am just wondering whether I should choose I am applying for # 1. " A work permit with the same employer" or # 2. " An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer"?? Since the current work permit is not specific to the current employer, and the one I am trying to apply for this time is also open work permit, Should I choose # 2??
2. If I am applying for open work permit, do I still have to provide the prospective employer information ( or even a job offer letter) ?
