Hi people,
Has anyone filled up post ITA profile this way?
Marital status - never married/single
Has xxx been ever married or in a common law relationship? - yes
Previous partner information....
How did this relationship end? - ended the common law relationship (maybe)???
My Girlfriend and i lived together for 2 years and we applied for a work permit under common law together once ( LMIA for me and open work permit for her) - it wasn't approved, she got 2 refusals and our immigration lawyer recommended us to, in my case come to Canada and work to get the Canadian experience to get the PR, get married and then apply again.
Due to those refusals i couldn't put i'm in a common law relationship so i wrote single, but the relationship never ended we still together waiting to reunite again soon.
My question is: should i choose the common-law relationship was ended and then write i letter explaining my case and that our relationships still alive?.
Can anyone help? Thank you
