My fiancee and I have been living together for 15 months now and we are in the process of submitting our PR application. I am not sure whether we have as common law proof is adequate. I would really appreciate the opinions of the experts here.
1)We have the lease both in our names.
2) No utilities both in our names. We pay the landlady gas and electricity monthly cash. I have internet and security system bills just in my name (I don't know whether i should include them since they are only in my name)
3) No mail recieved b/c we gave our work addresses to banks, etc.
4) We could find just a single invoice came for my fiancee at our address dated in 8/17.
5) We have a joint bank account, but we opened that account only a month ago. We deposited money when we opened it but haven't used it ever since, so there is no movement.
6) We also got papers from the municipality that we live in the same address, but they cannot give it backdated. It doesn't say when we started to live together.
7) We have proof of travels together boarding passes, car and hotel reservations.
8) We have many pictures at our place together and with friends/ family. Also many pictures to prove our relationship and engagement.
