Hello friends,
I really need your help.

I will file express entry with my common law partner in may 2021. I want to be prepared
So, I have some questions if you can help me I will really appreciate it.

1) We started living together in Jan 2019, but there were few breaks in August (23 Days), November (24 Days),
From 12 November 2019 there is no break. So, should I consider my continuous cohabitation start date as 12th NOV 2019?

2)I have minimal evidence from Nov 2019-March 2020- After March 2020 I have Lease Agreement, Rent Reciepts, Driving license (same address), Individual bank account statements (same address), Hydro bill(both names on it), Will file taxes as Common Law. Is it enough? Can different dates be a problem?

3) In, CEC do we need to provide proof of funds?

1) You can consider yourselves as common law as of Nov 12 2020 (not 2019).
2) You need evidence that dates back a full year from the time you apply. So if you wan to apply in May next year, you'll want evidence that spans May 2020 to May 2021. The evidence you have looks pretty good.

I need one more suggestion, As of now my TRV application is in process and on November 12 I will be common law. So, should I update through IRCC web form? Or is it fine as I applied in October.

No need to update. It's fine.
