Common-law confused about next steps

Hello,

My girlfriend is a Canadian citizen from Quebec and she is sponsoring me under the common-law for PR.
We sent the PR application on Feb 13th and my girlfriend got a confirmation e-mail yesterday (Apr 30th) that the application has been received, there was no number yet because of COVID. Is this the AOR?

Now I have two other questions because I am confused on what to do next:

1. I am running out of status on May 30th, so I sent a visitor extension online 2 days ago (Apr 29th) right before my girlfriend received that confirmation letter. I haven't submitted an OWP with the PR application but now I want to, I am not sure if I need to withdraw the application for visitor extension and apply for OWP because it seems to me it's the exact same form I need to fill out.

2. Is this AOR what we need to move forward and submit our application to Quebec or we need a special letter from Canada requesting in doing so?

1. Don't withdraw the visitor app. Not sure where you got that it is the same form. The OWP app is completely different. You need to mail it in. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/notices/open-work-permit-pilot-extension.html

2. AOR should generally tell you to apply for the CSQ. I believe it sometimes comes separately but not sure.
