I really need help here.

I got ITA recently and my girlfriend will be my common law partner. 2016 October, I realized that I should have a common law declaration and had a lawyer to certified our common law relationship starting from 2014 January

However, i applied my work permit in May 2014 and at that time I stated myself as single.
2016 September, my gf graduated with master degree in canada and then applied her work permit with single status as well. We did not realized the common law problem until 2016 october. We changed the marital status for the tax information and we also have lawyer to certiy our conjugal relationship starting from 2014 January.

Are these gonna affect my application? What should be the solution?

It should not be a problem moving forward. The issue will be proving your common law marriage. I do not think your letter from your lawyer is sufficient. IRCC is very clear about this:

How can my common-law partner and I prove we have been together for 12 months?
Items that can be used as proof of a common-law :

a statutory declaration of a common-law union,
statements for shared bank accounts,
shared credit cards,
proof of shared ownership of residential property,
shared residential leases,
shared rental receipts,
bills for shared utilities accounts, such as
electricity,
gas or
telephone,
proof of shared management of household expenses,
evidence of shared purchases (especially of household items),
mail addressed to either or both of you at the same address,
important documents for both of you showing the same address, such as
identification documents,
driver’s licences and
insurance policies and
any other documents that show you have been living together.

But the previous work permit application me and my gf did, we both declared as single status.

That's really irrelevant for this application since you don't want to misrepresent your marital status in the current application.
