Having a moment of panic. My partner and I applied for PR seperate as he got his 1 year of work experience first and points were better is we applied seperatley.
We were both ITA, both submitted and passed the medical.
We have been asked for our family information. In this form we listed we were common law. However we didn't list that as our marital status as we were applying seprate we made a mistake by thinking we didn't have to.
I have emailed the website to enquire and highlighted we think we have done it wrong. Also emailed a lawyer.
But has anyone made this mistake, I am really hoping we can resolve it and it won't be viewed as misrepresentation.
