Hi guys

I need to mine you for information. I have a job offer with a company and would like to bring my partner of the last 4 years along. We have just left our home of the past 18 months in New Zealand and so as not to tax our families' resources we decided to each spend some quality time with our own family independently of one another. Sadly we didn't know we had to fill in the common-law declaration and are now in different countries, I'm in the UK and he is in the USA. Technically we are of 'no fixed abode' so we are a little confused as what to put in the second section where we state our names and of city/county/state/country, would no fixed abode suffice, should we put our New Zealand location which was our last official address (a week ago) or should we put where we are in actual location, which of course would be different?

Cheers!
