Common Law before - Inland Spouse

Hello guys.

I Applied provincial nominee program together with my common law partner with the help of my Canadian Aunt (My mom's sister) in our home country and arrived here in Canada last 2012. But by the end of 2012, me and my common law partner broke up, not together anymore. mid 2013 i met my partner and now were married.

Am i eligible to sponsor my spouse? no conflict with my common law before?
