Common-law application, Please help

Hello..

I am about to apply for PR via family sponsorship (common-law)


CIC stated that I need to prove whether I have lived with my boyfriend for 12 months by submitting
rental contract which shows both my and my boyfriend's name...

I moved into my boyfriend's condo which he is doing his mortgage. My name is not on his condo/mortgage paper.. but I can at least submit government bills, utility fees which show the same address... Would it be ok?? Please help me...

Also I am thinking to apply for EE next summer/fall when I gain 1 year Canadian experience... Can I still apply for EE while I am processing my PR via family sponsorship?

since he's paying the mortgage, you can at least submit proof that he, your sponsor, is paying the bill along with your government bills that show that address and in your name. That would work. If you also share a bank account, then you can kind of imply that you're 'paying' the mortgage. but I wouldn't state that you're contributing unless you are.

Do you have the checklist for what you need to submit?

You will see from that that of course you should submit the lease, the bills etc.
