Common -law application - document checklist -police certificate

Hello there,
I have a question about police certificate.
I am filling out document checklist and encountered this question which is "the country where you (or they) currently live, if you have lived there for six months or more.
I stayed in Manchester more than a year and just recently left the UK a month ago.

Wondering if I need to provide both (my country and UK) or just my country's police certificate.

You lived in Manchester for more than 6 months, you need to send UK police certificate.
