Comm. Address update - NDelhi office

Friends,

I had requested for a communication Address Update thru FAX around 28 days back. But it is not yet updated in the Status Check website.

Do they ignore the Comm. Address Change Requests?

OR

Is it something like this? They would have updated the communication addresss in my Profile/ File with them. But it won't get reflected in the status check website.

Please Advice.

One of my friend mentioned that they definitely update the changes on file. May the ecas application is not getting updated that frequently from file details.
