Coming back to work?

Hi, there:
I would like to ask, my girlfriend has a 1 year working permit which expires on Jul 29, 2013. She was here about half year, and left couple weeks ago to deal with her school stuff. Now, she wants to come back to work again untill her working permit expires. She lives in Taiwan. Now, the questions are

1. Can she come back again with the same working permit?
2. She has an open employer on her permit, does this mean she can do any kind of job?
3. What does F entry means?

Hi

1) She need to have a valid Visa to come back again. A valid work permit document alone will not be sufficient. As long as you have a valid work permit I think you can apply for a new TRV(just incase you dont have a valid TRV).
2)Open Work Permit meaning, she can work for any employer.
3) Not sure about this.

If she holding Taiwan passport, she dont need visa to enter Canada. Taiwan citizen is a visa exempt since 2010.

Open permit means she can work for any employer
