coming back to China

Hi, all.

If my application starts to process, can my husband still come back to China during the processing time? Will it be bad for the application?

Just wondering if it takes too long then maybe he can come back to China to be with me.

If he's a Canadian citizen, he may spend as much time visiting with you as can be afforded. If he's a PR, he can only visit for short periods (maximum 2-3 weeks is best) outside of Canada because he must be residing in Canada to remain eligible to sponsor you.

Thanks a lot. He is a canadian citizen. so Even he sent the application in Canada, he can still come back to China any time he wants, am I right?
