Hello!
I have a question about the necessity of medical exam when You enter the country having a valid work permit and a job offer.
Here is my situation: I had been living in Canada with a work permit for 2,5 years. Then during pandemic I had to leave Canada and visit my family (I have been staying in a designated country for 9 months). I am planning to come back to Canada with a valid work permit and a job offer, and stay in Canada for 3 months (because my work permit will expire then). The problem is that my medical exam is expired. Do I need a valid immigration medical exam when I will be entering Canada? I read that "if you plan to stay for 6 months or less, you generally don’t need a medical exam, unless you plan to work in certain jobs" (and I will not be working in those jobs).
