I've got a question. I am citizen of Czech Republic, currently hold a year visa and work permit (sponsored by employer). My visa and wp is good untill Nov 3 but: right now I am back home on holidays and was planning on getting a new wp and visa based on an LMO here in Czech republic. LMO waiting time for BC has changed and now I am not able to get a new wp before my scheduled work starts. So I decided to come back to Canada on the current visa and apply for my wp from there. The day I will arrive I will have only a week to go on the current visa. My question is: Should I worry about any problems during immigration interview at the port of entry in Canada? I will not have my new LMO but I could have a letter of job offer and pretty much any kind of document from my employer.
Has anyone been in such a situation?
