I left my original visitor record at home while travelling to the US, and fortunately the U.S. border allowed me to enter after doing a phone call verification of my status after showing them a digital copy of the visitor record.
Now, when it comes to going back to Canada, I'm not sure whether they'll do the same thing (meaning accepting a digital or printed photocopy in black and white), and make them verify my status over the phone.
Should I be concerned about being possibly denied re-entry to Canada for not possessing the original Visitor Record at hand?
