Hi Guy's

need some advice - I got married last year to a canadian citizen I'm a UK citizen we first met in 2010 and got married last year in canada.

since getting married I stayed with her and leaving the country before my 6 month visa expired and reentering a week later and was given another 6 months

we have started the spouse sponsor PR and I'll be back in the Uk a few days to complete the rest of the app ..once I send the application of for PR

can I return back to canada to be with my wife or should I stay back in UK?

as flying back in I will tell the border officer we have submitted pr and show receipt of payment of $1040 that my wife is sponsoring me for my PR

will they let me back in or be refused really worried as I've been in and out the country and have never over stayed and kept with the laws of my uk visa

any advice would be most kind

Most likely they will let you in. They might even offer you a Visitor's Record good for longer than six months. Just make sure you have your receipt and if you get any further notices from CIC, take those too.
