come to canada tool

Hello everyone

I'm using the come to Canada tool to see if I'm eligible for the express entry. But I'm facing a weird question something like "Are you currently working legally in Canada" if I selected no it gives me that I'm not eligible and if I selected yes it continues. But the problem is that I haven't ever worked in Canada and in the previous questions I selected that I didn't work in Canada but this question still appears any body can explain or face this problem ?
