'Come to Canada Tool' eligibility

Hey everyone,

What could be the reason that i am not able to get through come to Canada tool.

Age: 24
Experience: 2 years 6 months
ECA: Bachelor's degree
IELTS: CLB 7

Is it due to the IELTS score? They are asking for CLB 7 in language requirement section. Is there any other way i can at least generate personal reference code to proceed with express entry profile?

With this data, you need CLB 9 to be eligible to create a profile. But to secure an ITA, you either need another bachelor or one year more experience in addition to CLB 9.
