Combining work experience form 2 NOC's

Hi friends. I have BEng (Mechanical Eng), and Masters in Industrial Engineering. I desire to work in Manufacturing when i arrive Canada. But because of situation of things in my country, I only have 14 months experience in industrial maintenance (9 years ago), and 25 months teaching i secondary school (engineering graphics) up till present. My questions are:
1) Can I combine these different work experiences together(to claim 3 years), while choosing the earlier one as primary NOC?
2) Will my teaching experience be valid since i don't have a BEducation degree( as required in the 4031 NOC)?

Please I need advice.

You can combine multiple NOCs. You can use the earlier job as primary as long as it's still valid, i.e. within 10 years.
