Columns in the tracker

Please provide me the meaning of the columns in the Visa tracker:
NOC -
PER -
RBVO -
Second AOR -
In Process -
MR/RPRF -
PPR -

Are these columns in the sequence? Means, if my status on the CIC site shows as 'In Process', does that mean that it has passed through all the previous stages?

PER - Positive Eligibility Response
RBVO - Received by Visa Office
Second AOR - Acknowledgement Of receipt
In Process - in Process at VO
MR/RPRF - Medical Forms Received/
PPR - Passport request

Are these columns in the sequence? Means, if my status on the CIC site shows as 'In Process', does that mean that it has passed through all the previous stages? NO, it can be in process at any stage
