Provided that you have an acceptance letter from another college, it can be changed in given timeframe i.e. within 10 days of start of a semester to be eligible for tuition refund- Ensure to check the college policy for international students.
Other option you have is to defer the current semester to May 2017 and change the college as soon as you get the acceptance in another college for 2017. this way you would get the tuition fee refund as well with some admin charges deducted.
