College recommendation and current employer letter

I'm just confused on something. Now my current employer will give an standing job offer dated after finishing my studies in Canada. I just wanna know how we could write it correctly as i'm really bad writer

Hire a writer to write it for your employer. Letter should state how long you have been with the company (hopefully years) and in what role/salary, how education will advance your career in the company and when you return what your new role will be including salary. A job letter doesn’t hold much weight unless they are fully funding your studies.
