College or University (post-grad study)

Hi all,

I know too much discussed in the forum, but not around post-grad study.

Do you think they provide equal chances when looking for a job?

I am a finance guy, and wife is a mechanical engineer. We are still considering who should study what?

We don't want to see employers saying masters at a uni would be much better than post-grad diploma at a collage. What do you think? What are your experiences?

Really depends on the type of jobs you want you leave school. College degrees tends to lead to give more practical skills.

Indeed I am a finance manager and my wife is a mechanical engineer in energy industry. Probably one of us will study in a similar area. What do you think?
