college not giving unconditional offer letter though got more than required band

i have applied for ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN FOOD SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY in CENNTENIAL COLLEGE.
i am BSC NON MEDICAL.
i applied for conditional letter which was issued by them.now i have done my IELTS with 7 bands overall. though requirement was of 6.
now they are saying that seats are already full so we can't issue unconditional letter..
it is already 7 november and 1 december is last date for visa application.
help what should i do...
P.S i chose for that PROGRAM CUZ that was of two years program and relevant to my field .
should i now apply for any one year program??
please help

Did you send ielts results after the offer expiry date?

Get admited to some other college if they cant confirm your seat. Act fast, request them to issue offer letter on priority

Also which college would do something so unproffesional?? Please post name

it is CENNTENIAL COLLEGE (TORONTO)
now i changed my counsultant to CANAM so they waitlisted my name ...

i have done Bsc non med
and got offer letter from another college NORTHERN COLLEGE
IN ENVIRONMENTAL Technician – Water and Wastewater Systems Operations
DO THIS COURSE SEEMS RELEVANT??????

i did my ielts on 8th october 2015
it will exipre in year 2017
